My sister in law has filed case 498a in nellore against my whole family after my brother sent her a divorce notice as she was not ready to live nellore and come and live with my brother and wants my brother to leavemy parents and settle in nellore along with her parents... we got the station bail done... police set me nd my parents free after enquiry... now my brother wants to quash the case in high court... need help on the procedure?? Wat will b the charges??

A.You can quash the FIR u/s 482 CrPC in the High Court provided that such FIR of 498A contains falsified and vague information. You can move the high court for the same and get such FIR quashed u/s 482 CrPC.
