A.I cannot tell whether she will file a complaint or not that depends on her, her case and all etc. I can tell you only the procedures, of law when a complaint is made or what to do beforehand, if you comprehend a serious issue and are quite sure that she will lodge an FIR, you can take an anticipatory bail but then only if you suspect that you can be arrested only then it is advisable to take anticipatory bail, its purpose is to prevent arrest, so decide appropriately but you can do things like recording threats and keeping it with you, if she does file a complaint then police will call you just show the recordings of voice where she is threatening including entire conversation, even then if police files fir then go for quashing of fir in high court with the help of a lawyer, so be in touch with a reputed lawyer who can handle your case I will suggest he will take care.
Thank you.

A.Visit the nearest police station and file a complaint against her under section 503 506 of IPC or if you are really sure about the complaint by her then visit the sessions court or a high court within your jurisdiction and apply for an anticipatory Bail first to save yourself from mental agony of police even if complaint against you is False and vexatious.
