Sir,can you explain who will pay maintenance in general?The landlord or tenant?

A.If any such clause in Ur agreement then u can pay it otherwise landlord have laiblity to maintain it

A.Sir, the terms and conditions of the payment vary in different situations. Look up for the liability clause in your agreement and see who has the responsibility to pay the maintenance. The payment will be done according tot he terms of the agreement entered upon by the landlord and the tenant.

A.Dear Client ,
Your question isn't very clear. maintenance as in what sense? if its for the property that has been rented to you, its the landlord that takes care of the maintenance of the said property in usual cases but if there is any clause in your agreement that states about the maintenance , then it will be carried out as per the agreement . At the same time it is also your responsibility to not destroy the property and take proper care of it.
