M a married girl from hindu undivided family .. I have a brother. We have ancestoral agricultural land in our village which is undivided .my father had 4 brothers n 2 sisters. N my father passed away in 2002 .. the property is in d name of my 4 uncle n my mother now.. now my brother is threatening me dat he wi remove my name from the legal heir list on the instruction of my elder uncle.. is it that easy to remove daughter name for family tree.. what should I do if he does so as I live in dubai..

A.Dear Client,
Please remember two things.
1. As long as you are the legal heir your name can not be removed irrespective of your status of marriage.
2.You have the 100 % equal right to the property. Do not forget your responsibilities as well.

A.Your name can not be removed without your signature. They can not do this. If they removed your name by playing mischief, in that case it will be criminal offence and you can take action by registering FIR against them in police station.
