Non Refund as per agreement by Delhi based company

I had started a business with a plaplatinum plaster India Ltd Delhi based company and when the business was over, there was an agreement, but after taking our money transactions, the company is not refunding my money to me.I have been demanding my money from the company for a long time but I have not been able to get my money, please, please let me file my case in Kanjumar Court in which civil or criminal case?
A.Dear Sir,
You cannot file case in Consumer Court but you can file a case in Civil Court and get back your amount easily with interest but it must filed within 3 years from the date of last transaction.

A.Sir, Firstly you should sent the company a proper legal notice demanding the sum of money you are entitled to receive and also provided a stipulated time frame [Generally 15 to 20 days]. If in case they fail to pay back the money, THEN
File a MONEY SUIT against the company in the civil court who has jurisdiction over it.

A.1) Send them a legal notice first
2)As you're an operational creditor you can move an insolvency petition before NCLT against the company
