Appellate Authority ask to appear before him in his office in reply for seeking information. I do not want to appear before him . is there is any remedy for seeking information.
A.Dear Sir,
You may write to him accordingly and ask him to pass any orders as he may think wise and if orders are against you then approach High Court or State Commission.
