Obc non creamy layer

I cleared RBI Assistant exam notification dated 18 October 2017, under OBC non creamy layer category, and appeared for the document verification process in the RBI. But Mumbai aspirants filed a case against RBI due to which the result was put on hold. In the mean time I and my brother cleared an exam in Delhi Metro Rail corporation and joined the same. Now I fall under obc creamy layer category, as my family income is more than 8 lac. If RBI declares its result now, am i eligible for joining RBI Assistant?
A.Dear Sir,
The qualifications dates back to application as such if you were allegeable on that day then you can claim RBI Assistant Post.

A.If you are non creamy layer at the time of apply of the post of the RBI then you are eligible
