In a civil case, if I've annexed all evidences and documents to my plaint at the time of filing, do I have to again submit the same documents later on once the defendant files a written statement?

A.No, Once the documents are annexed to the plaint and it is on record then you don't have to submit the same documents before the court again after defendant filed his W.S . If there are additional documents which you forgot to file with plaint can be put record as per the law.
