Sir my friend gave me his car while proceeding on leave. He went on leave and few days later i met with an accident from his car. Nonone was injured as car went into the farms. Now my friend needs total money damage of his car. Car is not insured, its third party insured. Just guide me what i can do in this case. I have a driving license and I was also drunk at that time.

A.If you want to save your friendship, them try to settle the matter amicably with him. Otherwise he cannot approach any court of law for claiming the same from you. however, it is not advisable to drink and drive.

A.it was your mistake, you were drunken and driving therefore amicably settle the matter with your FRIEND and pay for the damages
