I have my name has shxxxk Mohammed sohxxxl m suxxxxn in all my educational qualifications and in pan card aadar card driving Licence as sohxxxl suxxxxn shxxxk now I’m applying for passport with my Name as in my pan and aadar card basis will it be a problem for me in future has having a mismatch of name in my educational qualification and passport ? Is it okay to continue as its ( or I have to attach affidavit and news paper add on every were while submitting my documents)

A.You should get a name change done by a judicial magistrate of the first class. Do this as soon as possible to avoid duplicity of existence.
