Hi,

Myself Ayan Alam. I am running a business, but because of financial lake my business is not doing well. I want to grow up my business for that I need some financial loan. I do not have any property on my name so that I can get loan against that property, but my grandfather have property. My grandfather has died without making any will so my father and two uncles all three are the equal owner of that property. So on behalf of that property can I get the loan on the 1/3 part of the property as the heir of my grandfather and father?

Please suggest me the suitable way, so that I can get the financial loan and can grow up my business.

Thank You,
Ayan Alam

A.Dear Sir,
It is the discretion of Bankers to sanction loans. You may approach private banks and get loan easily but it is somewhat risky.

A.Hi Ayan,
You can try for unsecured loan from banks and NBFCs. They do give business loan without any security so, try for that is it happens then its fine otherwise you can apply for mortgage loan and yes your father's property can be mortgaged but he has to give his consent for that.
