Getting back of money

I have given a large sum of money for job assurance in a company claiming that they would provide me job and sign an agreement. I want to withdraw the agreement and take back all my money due to personal reasons. What should i do as i have asked them but they said if i withdraw by myself they would not give me back the money.Please Help

A.First send personal notice about it then go ahead. If not ready then send legal notice through lawyer
