quashing a case running u/s 498a

I was booked under 498a. My case has been running in fast track court for 3 years. Now we both parties want to sattle this matter and applicant want to withdraw this case but fast track court asked us to go to the gujarat high court and bring quashing order.
1) how much time taken in this process?
2) will I required to file any case in high court?
3) which documents required for this process?

A.dear client in your case You may submit a prayer of out of court settlement before the court. If the court rejects the prayer then you make take an order from the High Court.

A.No nees to go to high court just file a compromise deed or petition.

A.U need not go to High court for quashing 498a case.Best solution is tell your wife to adduce evidence in the trial court that my husband did not committed any physical and mental torture to me.your wife will again say I being pressurized by other and police,I have listed false FIR.your wife tell in the court that we pulling well and don't want to continue the case.After giving these evidence by your wife,the trial court will acquitt u.

A.Sir,
It is a magistrate court offence.You need not file quashing before high court.Simply file compromise petition and hostile the witness before the magistrate.
