regarding taking mutual divorce

my husband did so much harassement n given false police complaint and sent divorce notice. wen given complaint i went to police station and givem statement as we ll solve in court. bt my dad not showing intrest to move case dats because of money matter. he is meisure. wt i do now. if i didnt go to court is dat person ll file case on me in court r police station again. if so wt are d chances to file case on me by him. is he have any chances to go for court to file case bcz til now more dan 15days over v didnt filed any case in court. plz sugest me

A.Whenever you have received a false complaint, you have to file counter complaint with all the details to comply ,reply to the complaint other wise you will have to face hardship & court cases also. As you have made a statement before the police station officer better to consult a family lawyer to guide & help you from the false complaint and on the other hand a sustained solution to your marriage.

you have to enlighten your parents that once a complaint is made,they have to proceed with the complaint & file case in the court, so you advice your parents that all of you will be put to trouble. You can take you issue with family welfare center or family welfare council at your nearest place for guidance & help for all free support & help.

A.Approach District Legal Service Authority for legal support. They provide Lawyers free of Cost. Or if your husband has abused you physically approach District protection Officer for Domestic Violence.
