Sale address issue

We have been living in sindri, dhanbad since 40 years. My father has land property of 5 kartaa in muzaffarpur, bihar but he does not have address proof because he had worked in sindri for long time. Now we are thing to sell 5 kattas to the party. Can we sale that property??

A.dear client in your matter Is the property purchased by your father? or Inherited property kindly confirm that. After that you need to take out the Mouza Map of such place. Moreover there is purchase document of that plot is there for address proof.

A.Is the property purchased by your father? or Inherited property kindly confirm that. After that you need to take out the Mouza Map of such place. Moreover there is purchase document of that plot is there for address proof.
