I have bought a flat taken home loan from private bank now I came to know false person did registration for me and I am unable to take possession for that flat. Now I have stopped paying EMI to bank for which they did DRT CASE against me for recover the loan but I am not appearing the hearing dates as I am not having the possession of the flat . So I wanted to know as I am not appearing the hearing dates of the case what they will do ? Need to know legal steps is there any chance to issue warrant against me?

A.dear client in your case You should file criminal case against the seller as well as the bank for criminal conspiracy and fraud. Further, you should seek refund of money from seller. You should also defend your case in DRT.

If your statement is true it is against the law.First appear before the DRT and face the case properly.

A.You should file criminal case against the seller as well as the bank for criminal conspiracy and fraud. Further, you should seek refund of money from seller. You should also defend your case in DRT.
