Regarding quashing of FIRi

The lady my husband was having an affair with started harassing us after the relationship broke up by creating fake accounts on social media in my children’s names who are minor I lodged an FIR against her which got her arrested and later released on conditional bail. Now after the chargesheet she will go to high court to quash the FIR what are her chances of getting punished so that she does not do this again and will a chargesheet show on record for her so that she cannot trouble is in the future

A.dear client in your case Accused has the right to file U/S 482 Crpc to quashing the FIR and you will be informed by the court only.

A.You need to file caveat in the HighCourt before she files the case for quashing. so that you can be called upon by the High Court to oppose such.
