Sir is there any way in which a lawyer can first contact with the party against whom the case is to be filed
So that the issue gets settled mutually or else if that person is evading then to go for an FIR
As legal proceedings are time consuming hectic and scary

A.Lodge an FIR against the man and police will do the needful. Ensure that you also complain about molestation, hurt and outraging the modesty of women. Just rape charges on the ground of false promise of marriage will not help you.

If you dont want to take legal action then better suggested to forget all and move on.
This is not end of life and you may have better life and partner in future.
Just chuck it off and start afresh.
Be strong and be positive.
