Tenant rent not pay timely and vacant commercial property without notice but matual understanding within 15 days rent space is occupied by another new people after four months landlord legal case filed against old tenant and said to clear rent


In that case tenant not have written proof and landlord suddenly legal case filed after four months
What tenant should do or what's they have rights

A.dear client in your case i agreed on advice given that Kindly refer the tenancy agreement, and then see what violations you have committed. If the case is filed you need to show that you are not at all well to do and that is why you are unable to pay.

A.Kindly refer the tenancy agreement, and then see what violations you have committed. If the case is filed you need to show that you are not at all well to do and that is why you are unable to pay.

5 AC worth rupees 2.5 Lacs

LED lights worth rupees 2.5 Lacs

5 PC with 2 printer 2 scanner with 2 billing printer worth 2 Lacs

Toilet fully maintained by us worth rupees 50000

Inverter and whole wiring setup worth rupees 1.5 Lacs

This adjustment against my dues which is around 4.5 Lacs matual understanding No written
And with in 15 days space is occupied with new tenant and today after four months landlord case filed against dues

All these things is your property? If so, then when the landlord has filed such suit against you then you appear before the court and state these. In every case written is not necessary.
