Consultation to someone for flat booking

Sir I have consultation to someone to invest in a real estate Pvt LTD company for booking of a flat in 2013 but that co couldn't start construction work till 2018 and he filed a complaint against me and co. Now police want verification from me in written.the investor has not any proof that I consulted him,he gave booking amount by chq directly in the company.pl.suggest me what statement should I give in police station

A.dear client in your case You just co-operate with police and tell the truth. In the meanwhile file 482 CRPC petition to quash the FIR against you.

A.Sir, first of all what kind of allegations he has levelled against you, is there a allegation that you along with builder conspired and collected money.
See since no amount is taken by you in lieu of property there is no gain on your part so out rightly case is week against you.
See you can do to things if buyer has no proof that he consulted you deny that there was no such event,
but if there is any chance he can produce something of that effect than you statement can be that buyer came to you with the property details for consultation that is that investment good or not in respect of valuation in coming times. You deny any relation with builder you claim you guide buyer according to the location and reputation of builder from previous projects(say this if buyer has built some good schemes) further you have suggested in several schemes to invest than based on his own decision he has invested and payed directly to builder you havent recieved any gratification for that you received only nominal consultation charge.

A.If u have received commission from the builder by way of cheque or ur name is mentioned in the booking form of the customer , then police can take action against you.You shall have to explain as to how your name appears in the booking form of the customer. If there is no such evidence then u are saved.otherwise mere mentioning of ur name or of ur firm/ company is sufficient for the police to even arrest you
