Although there was mutual consent for sex but the purpose of the boy was to just use the girl on fake promise of marriage and the girl believed that he is going to be her husband and then the boy just evades after having fun

A.dear client in your matter you shoud have consulted your parents and made them aware instead of giving him consent. Loyalty is very rare and please do not expect it from everyone.
