Have you withdrawn the PF balance from your EPF account? If yes then what was the reason for doing so? The EPF on its own cannot transfer the PF balance from the account.

I don't see any issue in case you add the surname to your daughter's name and there should not be any legal issues later on as all the documents will be having your name and your wife's name which can easily identify your daughter.

In case you do not mention the portion or share that you are going to release and mention that specifically in the Schedule of the deed then it will be considered as the whole property is getting released.

You may go to High Court for enhancement of compensation or go to Civil Court or file a representation but you cannot avoid acquisition of your property.

If the government has acquired the land and is willing to compensate for the same, you may get a NOC from your uncle stating that he is willingly giving up his share of the compensation and he has no objection on you getting the whole compensation. Also, you may inquire from the concerned department regarding any other document required for the same.

Without sufficient reason the Bank cannot refuse the payments. You have several options like going to Banking Ombudsman, getting issued legal notice and going to Consumer Court claiming huge compensation.
