A. Grand children does not have any right or title or interest in the properties of their grandmother so if your mother wish to transfer her house to you or to anybody else of her choice then she does not require any signature or consent or NOC or permission from her grand children and children.

A. Your son can file divorce case and for filing divorce case your son does not require any consent or permission from his wife. Your daughter in law has every right to oppose the divorce petition filed by your son and also to refute allegations as would be levelled by your son seeking divorce. Your daught in law is also entitled to maintenance, independent residence, alimony and other legal remedies.

Till today death has not happened so it will be a normal case of 279, 337 and 338 of IPC read with other sections of Motor Vehicles Act. The drunken driver need not worry so much. Even if pillion rider died then 304A of IPC will attract which is also a bailable offence.

A. No. You are not liable to pay any rent as you had acted bonafidely and there was anything wrong then that was on the part of builder only. As such you were not on fault. So fault of builder you should not be liable to be penalised.
