A. If person is acquitted then he has every right to claim damages for false litigation and harassment caused by such false case. You can file appeal against the order of court whereby he was acquitted. Details are required to be examined.

A. Yes, then can file a case, but you can apply for anticipatory bail and have the case quashed under Section 482 CrPC.

A. Hi,
Serve them with legal notice to return the documents. If they do not comply, you can file a suit for specific performance in civil Court.

A. Hi,
The nominee would be the sole beneficiary. The legal heirs would have no right with regard to the amount in the account when a nominee has been mentioned.

A. Unless the EB meter is in repair you are not suppose to change , if you change it should be surely in landlord's name only.

A. As per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court police has to follow a certain procedure in 498A cases. You should meet with an advocate with all your case details so that proper action can be taken against your wife for filing the false case. Consult with an advocate immediately.
