A. No.. need to worry for the bounced cheque... but hence forth do not give the cheque.... They will NOT take legal action in COVID situation... if the bad time arise you can file a case against the bank for harassment..

A. Hi,
There are several NGOs that help out with at-risk women, you can look up some of them online. As you are an adult, the police cannot compel you to return to your parents even if they file a missing persons complaint. Such false cases can also be quashed by the High Court under Section 482 CrPC. Your parents can be found guilty for making false cases under Section 209 IPC.

Look into NGOs online that help at-risk youths, they can help you get out of your current living situation. File a complaint against your parents for assault, battery, blackmail and criminal intimidation under Sections 350, 351, 383, 503 and 506 IPC. In addition, file a complaint against your father under Section 307 IPC for attempt to murder. You can then obtain protection orders from a Judge on the basis of this complaint.

A. Hi,
Only if there are sufficient grounds to convince the court that it is much required for the deliverance of justice, a case can be reopened in the court. Further it is your obligation to explain to the court why there was such delay.
Also, You have the provision to appeal in the higher court.

A. Hi,
You will be liable if it is established that you or the rider were at fault, or if he did not possess necessary qualifications to ride legally.
This claim will be sorted in the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claim Tribunal.

A. Hi,
You can make an application directly to the High Court to quash false cases under Section 482 CrPC. We would not recommend that you take any action against the Judge, especially when your case is still in the process of being adjudicated.
