A. It depends on the status of your case. If you have already made your presence your wife will adopt all due procedures to get the exparte proceedings against you. Better to fight the case and try to put your efforts to fight the case in a proper way. Leaving the things in between will never help you.

A. As you have mentioned that the relationship was made with your consent, it will not help you to take legal action against her. I would suggest you please meet the lawyer personally for better advice. As I have handled several cases like this and this type of matter are very sensitive and serious matters in nature. I would suggest you to call to women protection cell. If you let me know the name of your city I can help you accordingly. A. You can file a complaint against him. But, technically speaking you have given your consent so you will not be able to prove rape charges.
You can also talk to his wife and inform him about the same. So, that he will not be able to do the same with others. Also, make a complaint in your company as well. Your company must be having a grievance cell and as your matter seems sexual harassment at the workplace, the company will take proper action against him.

A. Being a female child court looking to the betterment will propably not give sole custody to you unless and untill you justify court that you have financial resources and your parents are ready to take care of your girl child.
On part custody it is beneficial for you because you will meet with your daughter and that will help you to maintain your relationship in terms of care and affection. So that your child will not loose confidence in you.

A. Hi,
False cases can be quashed by the High Court under S.482 CrPC. If you have been acquitted, it should not have any negative effect on your record. You can apply to the Court to expunge them.

The liability lies on the driver as you were not in the country during the time of the accident. Please consult a lawyer before further proceedings.
