A. Dear Sir,
U can file RCR at Family court to get your wife back. But before stepping into seeking legal remedy get your elders from your family and have a healthy discussion, if the same fails then as a last resort u can seek legal aid.

A. Dear Client,
As you are in probation period and company is having its internal policy in this regard and which is applicable to the employees, who are in probation period, then you have to serve the notice period. And secondly No Employer can force an Employee to complete the Notice period, it is for the employee to complete the Notice period in order to take his full salary and the relieving letter. You can tell them about your problem for not serving the notice period.
Hope, it is helpful

A. The law is you being the husband can file the divorce case at the following places: 1. Place of marriage. 2. Place where the wife is residing. 3. Place where you both resided together. Kindly be informed that the law as it has evolved from the case laws is such that the wife has a predominance over the place of suit in matrimonial matters and hence even if you file the case in your place the wife ordinarily get the same transferred to her place of convenience.

A. You can file a petition for marriage to be "null and void " on the ground of your marriage is not consummated. Secondly, maintenance should be calculated on the basis of your income and other expenses and liability with that it also checks her education and work and ability to maintain herself. So we need more information for giving perfect advice for maintenance.

A. Hi,
Illegal occupation of land is an offence u/S 441 of IPC which lays down provisions for criminal trespass. You should file a complaint with the revenue inspector of your area.
