Fintech Company can charge their merchants for providing the services. Yes you need to have an agreement with Fintech for providing your services. That will protect both you and Fintech company to claim rights and also obligations of both the parties will be clearly defined.

A. You can directly approach the Amazon customer care department, they will arrange to get it collected from your place or call the customer Care/Service Centre of Zinq nearest to your place to get it repaired or replaced.

Don't get panic. These are fraudsters, don't attend their calls. Contracts are civil in nature and if they want to take any action, then it has to be from the civil Court. Good news is that civil Court issues summons for appearance and not warrant.
These fraud people are fooling you to extort money. Tell them that you are going to file complaint against them before the police for extortion, cheating and fraud.
