My husband had premarital affair with a girl but at time of marriage he hided few important things regarding this from me and my parents...now after 6yrs of marriage, they both r again having affair but no physical relations... Sr,i was selected in a exam via waiting list thereafter called for document verification where i was found ok in front of 10 memeber commitee and been told getting posting letter in a month..buy aftr 3- 4 month of exercise i got to know its been rejected by pricipal secratory giving excuse ur headoffice didnt posted us information on time. So i filed a WP but even aftrr judge ordered dept to answer my petition they arent responding and this is 6th month and my advocate says i have no choice but to wait for answer? How its possible sr?!? How there can be no limit for answering my plea it may be 6 months an year or two year but at least me the day. I m unemplyed from 4 years Nd losing my hope in judiciary.

My grandmother(expired 1 year back) had written the will and registered the house property in 2003. Legal heirs are her 3 daughters as per the document registered and my mother is one among them(2nd daughter). Problem is the house is not yet divided, my aunt i.e.3rd daughter is not vacating the house but rented out our portion and another aunt 2nd daughter portion. She s enjoying with our money and ready to vacate the house. Also, her husband has few local politicians influence. Please help me how to get our portion.

I am Indian residing in Chennai for the past 34 years (birth certificate is from Jalandhar city -Punjab), going to marry a Canadian citizen (birth certificate is from New Delhi, he was residing in Delhi uptill the age of 11), both of us belong to the Sikh community. Our wedding will be solemnised in a Gurudwara at New Delhi . For immigration purpose, the marriage needs to be registered in the court, are we eligible to register our sikh wedding under the Anand Marriage Act at New Delhi. If yes, please provide the procedure

A. dear client Sikh Marriages are now registered under the Anand Marriage (Amendment) Act, 2012 by the following procedure:All Sikh marriages performed prior to or after the onset of the Anand Marriage (Amendment) Act, 2012, are to be recorded in the Marriage Register maintained by an officer of the State Government or of a local authority authorized by the State Government,The Marriage Register would be open on all working hours for the examination of the records by the parties to the marriage, and the use of such information as proof for future purposes.

I have house in Pune , house plot share certificate on my grandparents name. House built on this plot is on name of my mother and my real aunt who is unmarried. And my mother is widow. I am only child in my family. If my aunt can give house nomination for her only to somebody else without consulting my mother as well as does is it legal if she can transfer her name to someone else without consulting us ?? If yes what will be legal procedure to stop this ?

My grandmother - my mothers mother signed gift deed to his son , which he is claiming that but when I saw My grandmother signed in English but I found some different property document she signed in Tamil also I found on Aadhar card bank account in Tamil only , I think without she knowing she is signing in gift deed she signed in English , will this gift deed signed in English is legally accepted or not , please note she is still alive sign only in Tamil she is not studied more than 3rd standArd in Tamil medium
