I bboked Ola Cab on hire.At the time of taking the cab I asked the driver to stop the car for a few minutes on the way to my destination, as it was too cold outside and I wanted to have a cup of tea. The driver did not stop the car and was also arguing with me that as per Ola instruction to drivers not to stop the car in the middle. When complaint to Ola, the company apologised for the rude behaviour. I asked Old to refund the charge and impose penalty on the driver for the inhuman behaviour.But Old declined to refund. What remedial course of action I shd take.

A. There is no refund policy,Ola Cab Company may impose penalty on the Driver depending upon your complaint.Legally once you have droped on your destination your services comes to an end.

Sir extra marks study material offers a free trial to students. A counselor had come to us and he said that though the trial is of 15 days he will give us a time of one month. He also said that he himself will come and collect the tab if not interested. We got misguided. In their regulations it's written that you need to call customer care within 15 days if you want to return the tab. Because of the counselor's misguidance we were in the impression that we can return it in a month. Still we called him after 20 days and then he denied that you have got late by 5 days now it can't be refunded. We tried to record the conversation with the counselor later... In a round about way he has accepted that he told us that he will give us extra time but not clearly. Kindly suggest if there is a way out

A guy has taken around 1 lac from me for tax and insurance, clearance fees , Interstate etc. to get my product shipped from new york.and I cancelled the order and he told me money will be refunded in 90 days..after 90 days he is telling me I have to pay for refund ..can anyone help me.. please.

I purchased a pair of shoe by paying total amount of rs 2200 from snapdeal company but when I received my order it was defective they sent both shoes of same foot and when I raised return request they said we will pick up order and refund your amount. I waited but no one came to pick up and 7 days passed and now they are refusing to refund my amount. I am being cheated by snapdeal they took my money and didn't give me what they have promised. This is totally fraud. Please guide me what should I do next?

M satyam singh, actually bses high voltage electric wires are passing from all over my roof and on every other day there is a short circuit and fire. Wires are inside my house premises. What should I do and what is the legal limit of the roof boundary that can be built? I have already raised the complaint from last few months bt they are ignoring it and saying that u should have not built ur roof boundary/gallery. Please help me with the information that is it illegal to build roof boundary/gallery Bcoz I have read online that till 3ft of roof boundary/gallery is allowed to build.

A. Take up the issue with Electricity Authorities that you would bear the cost of shifting, you can also complain before Elecricity Regulatory Authorities and Electrical Inspector for action as per the Act, You can also make a petition before the Lokh Adalat before Collector.

A. You have to issue notice to Superintending Engineer & Executive Engineer of your jurisdiction, no action taken within the time limit can file a petition before Lokh Adalat in Collector office and also take up the issue with Electricity Regulatory Authority and Electrical Inspector Office of your area.

I had ordered some hair medicine supplements from USA, there were two shipments and there was customs fee applicable, but apart from customs fee DHL charged an extra 500 storage fee on one of the shipments saying KYC not uploaded. I had uploaded KYC for one of the shipments and have called DHL on their customer service number and informed I have two shipments, gave them my mobile number from which I uploaded KYC , asked them am I supposed to upload KYC for both shipments, I was confirmed that is not required Regarding this I had three conversations with them but they ultimately delivered the item without uploading KYC for second shipment after three days but charged 500 storage fee. A consumer case is in progress , I have filed one since January 2017, in every filing I have asked court to obtain call recordings from DHL as well as Idea(my phone company) What I have missed that I couldn't know that I had to make Idea a party in this consumer case to obtain call records, I was only made aware of this by the judge two weeks back, Now this consumer case is in proof discussion phase wherein I will discuss my proof , allegations and case verbally in the next hearing. At this stage when case is 65% actioned, how can I add idea as a third party to get recorded calls. I had written idea separately , they didn't respond. Have asked recorded calls from DHL as well which is opposition, can't say whether they will provide Kindly help , what can be done?

my name is aditya and i go to site lybrate for finding help regarding how to increase my height and then i met some dietician name surbhi saluja she promise if i follow her diet my height will increase and when i pay her after 15 days she said that its is impossible i wasted 3000 rupee on her and my height is not increaseing i want my refund as she did not give what i want or i want to cancel her licence can i do that what is my next step?????

Case Title New Car AC Malfunctioning Case Description Dear Sir, With my hard earned money I purchased a new car in July 2018.I stay in Bangalore.It has just run 170 Km's.AC not working and they were unable to conclude what is wrong? I do not want to repair the Car as the AC is not working from Day 1.I have already sent a mail also to their helpline.They want to do all sorts of R&D on my car which I am not willing to accept.I asked for a New Car or Refund.If this does not work I am planning to go legal. A. Present the car for replacement along with the request for replacement of faulty AC as per the warranty clause.Take reply in writing to your letter if not replaced. you can have fit case to file complaint before the Consumer Forum.

Hello Sir, I sent a parcel on "Oct 2017" through a Courier to Mumbai from Ranchi, but the parcel got missing on its way towards Mumbai. After putting repetitive pressure on the Owner of the courier he promised me that he will pay back the Parcel amount along with the Courier charges through the Company's Head Office.And, for the same purpose he requested me to provide the original purchase "cash-memo" receipt of the parcel to prepare a "Claim" document to send it to head office, for payment of Claim amount. I provided him all documents and he prepared the "Claim Documents" in front of me, I also took a "PhotoCopy" of all the documents prepared, along with the Signature of Owner upon it to keep with me. But today on 13/07/2018, After more then 8 months passed, he has not paid me the Claim Amount and makes several excuses when I try to pressurize him. What sort of things can I do Legally, to recover my loss. what are my Legal rights as a consumer under this situation. Kindly Help..
