Hello sir, I have worked for 2 years with Infosys.Right now due to some issue stay back at home.I thought to do some home based simple work online.I came to know about wifinative corporation through clickindia. There they sent me a agreement acc to which I have to fill 2200 forms in 20 days and if I fail to do then I need to pay utility charges 5200,and if I pass they will deduct the same from my salary. They asked me for my aadhar and i submitted. Now due to some technical issues I didn't submit the work.on asking they are saying that with 5200 you have to pay RS 1600 additional for termination of agreement it's for 11 months..u ll get your NOC by doing this, otherwise they ll do case on me if I don't pay total 7600 .sir firstly they didn't inform me about this additional charges and now they are threating me.I read many reviews about this company online after this all it showed it's a fraud company. They make false bond without notary.looted many people specially college going boys and girls.Their intension is to loot people even when work is right .whatever work they are providing is very toucherable , unnecessary space and commas.plz sir tell me how to revert them legally ,I m very scared..

I have purchased a flat from a renowned builder. In agreement they have mentioned that Flat owners cannot do any wood work from outside vendors. And they are insisting to do the same through their home grown interior decorators. However, i want to have that work done by someone who is expert and these people are not. What options do i have ? Can i ask them an NOC from the builder? Can builder deny me the NOC and force me to take interior decoration only from them?

A. You can give a valid reason for engaging out side interior and take prior approval of the builder in writing.

I'm a software engineer in an mnc. My service period is 3 years. I've completed almost 2 years working here. I want to leave the company now. But there's liquidity charges if I break the bond i.e., 2 lakh rupees. I can't afford that amount. But also not want to stay here. What is the best way for me to approach?

A. You can submit a conditional resignation requesting your valid reasons for not fulfilling bond terms & to consider as a special case to waive financial conditions. Better to consult a Employment & Labour and Service matter expert lawyer to take up all aspects of the issue & protect your interest quickly.

Hi... I am working in private IT company nearly two years going to complete. In that company they are putting bond for employees who are joining as freshers and also they collected 10th and 12 mark sheets . If we break the bond then we have to pay 3 lakhs with these certain constraints only I also joined in that company. Now suddenly, my situation was not good. I need to go back to my home. Now I asked my original 10th and 12th certificates to them they are saying pay the amount and collect your certificates and experience letter. Otherwise we will take official action & We will not provide any certificates for you..Is there any possibility whether the company take action to me? Can I get my mark sheets back?

A. You have not stated the Bond terms & conditions, whether signed in stamp Paper duly witnessed and signed as per company requirement. You have to pay the amount for non compliance of bond clauses & terms & conditions.Demanding & retaining to execute the bond terms & conditions is also against the law.better to contact a Employment & Labour and service matter expert lawyer to help & protect you on all aspects of the serious issue quickly.
