sir am aplied for divorce. and now my husband agreed to give divorce. now is it needed to withdraw my contested divorce and again am i apply for mutual divorce with him or am i get divorce by the case filed by me only? am from karnataka. please give me sugestion bcz our lawyer dnt say anything to me.

Sir, One by female friend married to her relative in 2014 in registered buraue.later girl stayed at her home and later in Pune and completed her education this November within this she fell In love with one boy. As marriage was not taken place in front of society girls cleared with the her husband that we should take divorce because I am in love with other guy and cannot forget him knowing this her husband with the help of girl's parents forced the girl to marry him again in front of socity claiming that u will loose it respect in society I have spent money on girl who will return those due to the previous marriage documents and woorying about the parents situation in society girl again married him in December against her mind. Now can she file for divorce and waht can be the strong reason..as she doesn't have support from her parents also.

I filed for divorce on my wife on cruelty ground. I suffered a lot with her so now I want to leave her. She also has a past adultery after marriage and I pardoned her for that and stayed with her because of my son. This happened 6yrs back. Can I take her past adultery has cruelty on me. One of my friend said u can't use her past adultery now. I have the SMS data of her with that guy....is only SMS data is sufficient to prove adultery. Any photos and videos are required ha...I have only SMS data.... there is a confession msg ,is it possible to get divorce easily through that. Does it help me in divorce and maintenance case
