A. Facts not clear. You did not mention what is your designation. If your employment falls within the definition of the Workman then approach the court under Workmen Compensation Act, if your employment does not fall within the definition of Workman approach the court under the Shops and Establishments Act.

A. If you are having a workers Union in your Bank and if they have any sort of settlement with the Bank you can take shelter under the terms of those settlements to prevent such termination. If the Bank is a member of IBA and is having a common settlement, so much the better. A. A private employer can terminate your employment at his pleasure and the established principle of Law is that one cannot be forced to employ some one whom he doe not like, reason being irrelevant.
