A. Facts not clear. You did not mention what is your designation. If your employment falls within the definition of the Workman then approach the court under Workmen Compensation Act, if your employment does not fall within the definition of Workman approach the court under the Shops and Establishments Act.

A. If you are having a workers Union in your Bank and if they have any sort of settlement with the Bank you can take shelter under the terms of those settlements to prevent such termination. If the Bank is a member of IBA and is having a common settlement, so much the better. Finally, it is your Union which has to deal with this as individually your rights are only as much as the appointment letter and service rules provide..
