You can file a complaint with EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) or other state agency- they look and investigate into the matter, and then decide whether the policy should be changed or you should get damages. A. Hi,
Usually when an employee resigns, they would have to pay the buy-out amount or just serve the notice period as mentioned by the job contract. However, you may not leave until you fufilled the criteria. Currently. you can refer the matter to the company itself and try to work out a negotiation.
