A. Dear Sir,
Against whom you wish to take actin. First get concrete evidence and then proceed legally by issuing a legal notice and then going to the court etc.

A. Dear Sir,
As per the say of your commanding officer you get such letter and smartly quit the job. If you have not executed any bond for Rs.5,00,000/- then you are not liable to pay such amount.

icon Changing the lawyer

My case is pending in the Gujarat High court since 2018 and full fees was paid to the lawyer but still he is not taking adequate intrest in the case. I want to speedup the case. How can I change the l

A. Dear Client,
You will have to ask for a Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the lawyer who was working on your cases and then use it through the vakalnama of the new lawyer. If the lawyer refuses to give Consent or NOC, then you can engage another lawyer and file a document in writing (by the client) under Rule 4(2) of Order III of the Code of Civil Procedure for leave of court to terminate the appointment of the previous lawyer.
Thank you

icon Army job loss

15 years ago I left army job can I get back job

A. Dear Sir,
Time is the essence of every contract even losing the job and getting it back. If you have reasonable grounds then you can take a chance but not guaranteed to win the case.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

I got to know an army officer through one of the websites. We got to know each other over the period of time. The officer in question misled and lied . When I confronted him he threatened me of killin

A. Don't get carried away with the false promise of an affidavit. If he is really threatening you then lodge a complaint with local police with whatever proof you have. Once the FIR is lodged send a copy of that to the Army head quarters with your complaint letter. Rest will be taken care.

The Army serving or retired benefits cannot be given to her if she declines to accept Indian citizenship
