Maintenance cost
Who will bear the maintainence cost if There were 3 owners in the building?What are the expenses head mainly?If there is any serious issues in the building who will be responsible?

The maintenance cost will be shared equally between all the 3 owners of the building.
You have to plan according to your need and requirement which varies from Security to cleaning etc.
Serious issues will be taken up by the Resident Association. If do not have any at this stage then you need to have one soon.

2. Step Siblings [if any]
Both sons and daughters have equal rights to the property including step sons and daughters regardless of them being legitimate or illegitimate.
If there is no other sibling and you are the only child then you are entitled to the distributable share which you have the right to according to law.
