Such a rule does not exist as of now and it would not be allowed as well as it would infringe the rights of an individual. In regards to your query regarding that is if someone puts a false sexual harassment case on you then the court will decide your case and if there is no proof the case will be determined on the facts and merits of the case and would vary depending on the circumstance, but mostly justice will prevail in the favour of the innocent.

If in this situation the complaint filed by the girl gets registered as an FIR then the Boy in the complaint can get arrested if the offences are serious and exceed a punishment of 7 years. In this case the Boy should file for an anticipatory bail under section 438 of CrPC and should then try to quash the proceeding by using section 482 of CrPC.

You may consider sending a legal notice to your employer for conducting contentious proceedings against you. You also need to inform the POSH committee about this happening immediately.
