Neighbour issue for his big tree

Hamare ghar ke side mein hamara padosi bade bade ped "Tree" lagaya he. Jis se hamara ghar ke wall fat rahi he or ped ki daliya jhuk ke rahne ki wajah se hame apne ghar mein aane jane mein dikkat ho rahi he. Ham bahot baar apne dikkat batane ke baad bhi wo hamare baat nahin sun rahe hen. Krupaya hame bataye kya iske khilaf ham kuch legal action le sakte he.

Aap apne shahar ke Nagar Nigam me ya, Tahsil hone par Municipal council me jakar ped katwane ke liye ya uski shakhaaye katwane ke liye permission maang sakte hai jiske liye aapko waha application deni padegi. Is se sambandhit jaankaari aapko aapke nagar nigam me/municipal council me mil jaaegi. Yaha application Tree authority ya Garden Superintendent ke naam se ki jaati hai. Aap kaunse pradesh se hai ye ispar nirbhar karta hai.
