Insulting woman at workplace by abusive words

Sir, I am working in bank. Peon of office have insulted me by using abusive words, even he has did this same in past few months back(not the abusive words but talked absurd) , I verbally complained to branch manager then the Peon said sorry. I need what I can do against him legally. I in lot of stress. Please guide me sir/madam. Thanking you in advance.

You can make it as a big issue if you wish. Lodge a complaint with the manager and then to the police it will take its own course, like issuing FIR then Challan will be filed in the Court. Nothing to worry.

A.File a complaint before police station stating all the facts , if police didnt take any action then you can approach Higher police officers in writing and still they dont take action then file a private complaint directly to court.

A.You can file a complaint before the superior officers and if they are not acting we can file a complaint before the human rights commission.
