Can an Indian Army officer and a foreign national get married even if the foreign national does not want to acquire Indian citizenship? Need the details on how it is possible
A.By virtue of marriage she will become eligble for citizenship in India, however you have to get necessary approvals from the Army Headquarters for this action also reveal the points in elaborated manner.
The Army serving or retired benefits cannot be given to her if she declines to accept Indian citizenship

For Marrying a Foreign National, prior permission is needed or the spouse has to renounce foreign citizenship, it is advisable that you seek advise from a lawyer.
