Hi,
OS filed in Chennai high court finished in favor of us. it happened few years ago. now, we want the original documents submitted against the defendant, can you anybody tell me what is the procedure?
A.Can apply for a photocopy of the originals, once submitted in court and numbered, cannot be retrieved back

A.You can get the photocopies of the OS filed in the high court which is finished in your favour. Originals once submitted are submitted for a particular cause and cannot be obtained back.

A.Hi,
You will have to request the owners of the originals to grant you the same, or approach the relevant authority for certified copies.

A.Hi,
You can apply to the Court's copying deivison for photocopies of the same. For the originals, you will need to approach the sub-registrar or the concerned authority's office.
