My aunty has half hector land in a village. She got it from his father because she has no brothers.
She want to sell it now. But her two sons objecting to sell.
Are her sons has any right to stop the process?
Kindly advise.

A.They have right in the share of the property but after the death of their mother. During her life time she can alienate the property to any person for her financial needs

A.Not at all. The sons can not stop their mother to sell and dispose of property. It's her own right to enjoy and utilise the property at her will.
