SERVING OF LEGAL NOTICE
My father has prepared a WILL for our parental propery but my brother has the original WILL & I don't even have the copy of the same.
Legally I should also possess the copy of the same.
As my younger brother is not ready to share the copy of WILL even after repeated requests then how I should get the copy of the WILL.

A.It is necessary to know whether your father is alive or not and whether that Will is registered or not. It is also necessary to know that whether your father has given his Will to your brother or not. To give opinion on this issue the aforesaid facts are necessarily to be disclosed because Will is a confidential document and usually the Testator prefers to keep it in secret.
