A.Dear Sir,
It seems there is no cash limit to be written in the promissory note. In most of the cheques also there is no outer limit as such blank cheques being misused by putting big amounts. But, you have to establish before the Court about the source of income etc., it is so big amount.

A.There is NO cash limit for promissory note.

A.Dear Client,
All Promissory Notes are valid only for a period of 3 years starting from the date of execution, after which they will be invalid. There is no maximum limit in terms of the amount which can be lent or borrowed. Let us know if you require any clarifications.
