Micro loan EMI payment

I need urgent loan of 10000 as I needed to pay someone.
So I browsed fland opted for online micro loan and got rejected by many companies and there is one company named NIRA who approved loan but during disbursal of loan they said auto pay mandate is needed from bank side when I tried auto pay mandate they said that sent auto pay failed and did not received any kind of msg from them that you will be getting loan or not or amount will be disbursed and just screen was showing apply for loan when I try again it fails saying you have loans pay that first but in My loan option there were no active loan I waited for two hours nothing happened and my loans section was showing no active loan.
As I needed to pay someone I tried getting loan from another company as I did not received any confirmation from first company.
Second company was kreditbee and they gave me loan within 5 minutes and my loan AMT is 13500/- my monthly emi is 4900.
But at night at around 11.00 pm I got money from NIRA but I don't want there loan so I emailed them that I will pay back disbursed AMT as it was bad service fro them and I needed urgently but they did not respond to my email it's been three days.
What should I do I can't pay two emi 4900 and 2475 as my salary is 15000 and then I also have to pay my monthly expenes please help what should I do.

Maybe there is some technical glitch with NIRA system.
But to be on safer side, try making recorded phone calls as well and keep email evidences with you. In future when they contact, you can show the communications made by you and if they cause issue, you can contact a lawyer for legal action at Vidhikarya for panel lawyer.
You need not to do anything but you must have thick skin so that bear the hard words and abuses of that company. They cannot go anywhere to recover such a small amount
