A.Dear Sir,
As per my limited knowledge it may not require filing of ITR anyway approach any chartered accountant.

A.Dear Client
If there is nay income or revenue then regardless of whether it is within taxable limit or not one has to file the income tax returns and doing that makes a responsible citizen. You should do it.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, being on the right side of the law is more important than anything else. Keeping the income tax department informed about your income and taxability is also recommended. ITR filing is the only way to make this kind of communication possible.
Though, you’re not liable to file for itr but under some circumstances filing ITR is mandatory even if you earn less than Rs. 2.5
