Thank you so much for you respond sir.
One question sir, once after mediation is completed, she denied to come matrimonial home case move back to court, what should I tell..? My wife only applied RCR saying that I am ready to go my husband house, Even in first hearing also she told to judge that I will go after first mediation, now she is telling I am fearing, no trust on me, what court will do on this case..?

My wife mother & brother doing brain wash to my wife make her to fear on me, we do have small fights (husband & wife) My mother in law seen all my chat on my wife phone when she in pregency time, 2 years she is in Hyderabad she stay only 9 months with me. what are health issue she suffering they blaming me saying that you are not doing pooja & my jathaka is not good, before marriage her health was absolutely fine that's why my daughter facing all this health issues because of me like that they said. from beginning itself my wife doesn't have trust asking her brother to arrange external electronic hacking device to spy my phone to hear what my mother & me will talk (I have evidence), some times I feel want her & think in positive way this all common fear for newly married women, but in last mediation also she taking video record on her phone to show the mediation that we are talking negatively on them (we just do normal discussion not on against my wife) we have 18 months child need to see his feature right.
