In our writ arguments were concluded and judgement was reserved on 20 june 2018 in high court against division bench. But still judgement not delivered by judges. In this division bench one of judge will retire in october, so what we do for this.....please clear this

A.There is no effect on your judgement by retirement of one judge.succeeded judge will pronounce your judgement after study.

A.As per supreme court judgment judgments should be passed by high courts in one month in criminal cases and 2 months in civil cases.so move an application in high court with a prayer to pass judgment in the light of supreme court judgment fixing time limit for pronouncement of judgments by high courts.

A.Dear Sir,
If one of the judge retires then the said case will be assigned to same or other bench with a new judge then it will be heard again and judgment will be pronounced.
