Pf claim - I have not taken proper reliving

Hi,
I have not taken proper reliving from my previous company my exit was Oct 2016.
I know my PF no only , they have never generated UAN back then
How to claim this amount
A.First enquire in the PF office , regarding your PF amount and it's claiming terms, then proceed accordingly.

A.Dear client sorry to hear that. In this case you can file a writ Petition before the HC and SC under Article 226 and 32 of the Constitution of India.
