We got married 7 months ago with Hindu rituals it’s a love Cum arranged interstate marriage accepted by both parents . Before marriage they said they don’t need dowry or any gifts to them or the grooms sister . But Soon after marriage the family started demanding for gifts etc .The guy is unemployed from start and I’m a Govt employee we both stayed at my place .Then he left me after knowing I’m pregnant saying pregnancy is a mistake and I’m not responsible and run away with his parents .What action I should take now ? I don’t want divorce I need father to my future baby

A.First can mediate with both family elders for reunion. If it fails
then file a case under Restitution of Conjugal right - Legally requesting your husband to come and live with you

A.Dear Madam,

You can file multiple cases against him and get him arrested. He wish to shrink his responsibilities
